Employers may select their interview dates and choose the students they wish to interview.

OCI Fee? $300 for firms greater than 50 lawyers

We use Flo Recruit for virtual interviews. Employers may request WebEx, Zoom or other platforms. Employers may choose in-person or virtual interviews.

Student application deadline is approximately two weeks before the scheduled interview date. W&L Law sends applications to employers via email the day after the student deadline. The Interview schedule is sent to the employer a week before the interview date.

FIRST-YEAR STUDENT Describe any special regulations pertaining to the recruitment of first year students. For example, are first year students eligible for spring OCI? When are job notices posted during second semester?
