Employers are welcome to interview in-person or virtually. Virtual interviews may be conducted through the employer's preferred video conferencing platform or arrangements can be made to use ZOOM. All visitors must comply with Drexel University's health & safety policies. The Career Strategies Office will happily tailor a free and flexible recruitment plan to help employers connect with our students and graduates for either summer, part-time, and full-time positions through on campus interviews, resume collections or job postings.

If you organize or participate in either cooperative or off-campus interview programs, please list applicable information about participating schools, dates, interview locations, program coordinator/telephone, pre-screening or other selection process, and registration fees.
Greater Philadelphia Area Law Schools (GPALS) sponsors several annual recruiting programs. The GPALS Philadelphia Job Fair is held in September. These programs are open to rising second and third-year students. GPALS sponsors the Public Interest/Public Service (PI/PS) Career Fair in early February which is open to all classes. The Feds in Philly Program & resume collection (government opportunities) is held annually and is open to all students. Our students also participate in Loyola's Intellectual Property Career Fair, the Southeastern Intellectual Property Job Fair as well as a number of local, regional & national diversity interview programs.

The Career Strategies Office utilizes Symplicity as our online career services management tool. All students & alumni have access. Employers may register in Symplicity to create job postings here: https://law-drexel-csm.symplicity.com/which Postings run for 30 days (or more) and are reviewed and approved by a staff member. Alternatively, employers may utilize the online job posting form found here: https://drexel.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_e5xsIyrwdV5uhRX Job postings may also be sent to a staff member for posting in Symplicity. Once posted, jobs can be advertised to students and alumni in several ways. Postings are included in CSO newsletters and may be sent directly to students and alumni through class specific email distribution lists. CSO programs are advertised in the law school newsletter.

Recruiting policy comments/explanation Although we do not have a formal recruiting policy, CSO encourages employers and students to use good judgement and follow NALP's suggested guidelines. Above all, CSO encourages open communication with our office.
