For first and second interview rooms, 70 percent of scheduled interviews will be awarded by lottery and 30 percent by preselection. For third or more interview rooms, 50 percent of scheduled interviews will be awarded by lottery and 50 percent by preselection. Interview dates are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. The Summer Interview Program will be held online via Flo Recruit. October and Spring OCI will be a hybrid with employers choosing to come to campus or interview via Flo Recruit. All logistics will be handled by the CSO.

Employers may post a job directly onto Symplicity. We also accept job postings via email, fax or U.S. Mail. Jobs are reviewed and posted in the order in which they are received and at most, within three business days. As soon as they are approved, students and graduates may view the posting, which will remain online for 60 days unless otherwise indicated by the employer.

FIRST-YEAR STUDENT Describe any special regulations pertaining to the recruitment of first year students. For example, are first year students eligible for spring OCI? When are job notices posted during second semester?
Employers may reach out to 1Ls starting November 1 and may participate in our 1L recruiting programs after this date, which include our Law Firm Application Program, Mock Interview Program, Public Service Career Fair, and Spring OCI.
