Villanova Law also sponsors a number of initiatives with the consortium of the Greater Philadelphia Area Law Schools, known as GPALS. These include the GPALS Interview Programs in Philadelphia, and the GPALS Public Interest/Public Service Job Fair (known as PIPS), and other events as created.

Our students participate in applicable third-party diversity interview programs including the Philadelphia Area Diversity Job Fair.

We provide job listings for graduates through our online database. Postings are generally available online for at least 2 weeks, but posting time varies based on employer preference.

FIRST-YEAR STUDENT Describe any special regulations pertaining to the recruitment of first year students. For example, are first year students eligible for spring OCI? When are job notices posted during second semester?
During their second semester, 1L students are eligible for Spring OCI. Job notices are posted on 12Twenty after October and throughout the Spring semester.
