Required Employer Forms
Employers are requested to complete their OCI registration via Symplicity with hiring criteria and a position description for students to review. Additionally, they should update their employer profile on Symplicity with detailed information about their organization.

Historically, interviews have been conducted at the USC Hotel. However, the 2022 Summer and Fall OCI Programs will be conducted fully virtual.

If you organize or participate in either cooperative or off-campus interview programs, please list applicable information about participating schools, dates, interview locations, program coordinator/telephone, pre-screening or other selection process, and registration fees.
USC Gould will collaborate in virtual interview programs in Chicago, New York City, Washington, D.C. and Texas, with the Midwest-California-Georgia Consortium (MCGC) sponsored by Emory University, UCLA, University of Iowa, University of Minnesota, USC Gould, University of Wisconsin and Washington University. The MCGC Programs will be held the Week of July 18, 2022. Additional information available at: USC Gould participates in the Patent Law Interview program with Loyola University Chicago School of Law (In-person: July 21-22, 2022; Virtual: July 25, 2022) and the San Francisco IPLA Bay Area Job Fair (tentatively: July 30, 2022). USC Gould, California Western, Chapman, Loyola, Pepperdine, Southwestern, UCI, UCLA, University of San Diego and Western State are members of the Southern California Law School Consortium. Interview programs organized by this consortium include the Public Interest Career Day which usually occurs every February.

USC Gould participates in the Bay Area Diversity Career Fair, Cook County Bar Association Minority Job Fair, Rocky Mountain Legal Diversity Career Fair, Indianapolis Diversity Job Fair, Northwest Minority Job Fair and others when there is student interest.

Employers may post job opportunities for students and graduates online through Symplicity at Employment listings are posted and password-protected for our students. Job listings are free of charge to the employer and are posted for one month unless otherwise requested.

FIRST-YEAR STUDENT Describe any special regulations pertaining to the recruitment of first year students. For example, are first year students eligible for spring OCI? When are job notices posted during second semester?
First-year students may participate in Spring OCI and the Public Interest Career Day held each February.
