We participated in the Greater Philadelphia Area Law School (GPALS) job fair in Sept.2022. Our students participate in the Philadelphia Area Diversity Job Fair (PADJF) on and the Delaware Diversity Job Fair. There is no fee for students to participate in any of the above job fairs/recruiting events.

DIVERSITY INTERVIEW PROGRAMS
Each year, our students participate in the Philadelphia Area Diversity Job Fair, Delaware Diversity Job Fair, Association of Corporate Counsel for Greater Philadelphia Diversity Summer Program, Philadelphia Diversity Law Group Fellows Program, Lavender Law Conference & Career Fair, LCLD Mentors Program and Summer Associate programs, multiple private law firm diversity summer internship and fellowship programs, and various regional bar association diversity summer internship programs.

FIRST-YEAR STUDENT Describe any special regulations pertaining to the recruitment of first year students. For example, are first year students eligible for spring OCI? When are job notices posted during second semester?
Employers are welcome to contact 1L students after October 1st of the first year of law school, but we strongly suggest employers contact the Office of Career Services to help facilitate. For offers of summer employment made to 1LE/1L students before the first day of the start of the spring semester, the 14 day offer acceptance period shall run from the first day of the spring 2023 semester, January 17, 2023. We allow first year students to participate in Spring OCI and various job fairs that take place in the spring semester.
