We anticipate conducting an an all virtual format for Fall 2022 OCI. If there is high demand for in-person interviews we may add an in-person day. There was extremely low demand for in-person interviews this spring. For Virtual Interviews (OCIs), our office will coordinate video interviews with the selected candidates. All interviews will be scheduled with students and employers interviewing via video conferencing, Flo Recruit. For Resume Collect, the process will be the same where resumes will be sent to employers, and employers will then coordinate interviews on their own.
