Employers must adhere to current CDC, state, and local guidelines and requirements regarding COVID-19 when conducting interviews. Additionally, Elon Law is subject to University and Law School policies and may be required to host only virtual OCI. Please check with the Elon Law Office of Career & Student Development for up-to-date information on OCI with regard to COVID-19 requirements.

Student materials consisting of resumes, cover letters, transcripts, and writing samples are sent to individual employers based upon the materials requested on the Pathways OCI request form. These materials are emailed to firms two weeks prior to OCI.

1.North Carolina Legal Interview Program (NCLIP) held in February each year in Raleigh, NC and Charlotte, NC. 2. SEMJF (Southeastern Minority Job Fair) typically in Atlanta, GA but virtually on July 14 - 15, 2022. 3. SIPJF (Southeastern Intellectual Property Job Fair) in Atlanta, GA July 26, 2022. 4. Equal Justice Works Job Fair - October 2022 in Washington, DC. 5. Loyola Patent Law Interview Program - July 21-23, 2022 Chicago, IL & July 25, 2022 virtually.

1. North Carolina Bar Association's Minorities in the Profession Summer Clerkship Program, February each year. 2. Elon Law participates in the Southeastern Minority Job Fair each year.

For Employers who do not interview students on-campus, will you:

Employers may complete an Online Career Services Request Form (through Elon Law Pathways) and/or contact Office of Career and Student Development via telephone, email or fax regarding employment opportunities for students and alumni. Graduates have access to Elon Law Pathways listings and have the capability to apply as soon as the opportunity is received and posted.

FIRST-YEAR STUDENT Describe any special regulations pertaining to the recruitment of first year students. For example, are first year students eligible for spring OCI? When are job notices posted during second semester?
First year students participate in spring interviews beginning in February. We start to post job opportunities for first year students on December 1.
