We offer employers the opportunity to conduct OCI throughout the school term based on a date of their choosing. We offer virtual and in-person OCI, based on employer preference. Traditional in-person OCI is available in August 2022 based upon public health and university guidance. Many local employers who recruit in August elect to conduct initial interviews in their own local offices. A member of the PDO staff will be onsite to ensure the process runs smoothly.
